RAID FREEDIVER COURSE – 2 DAYS $195
The Freediver course is the foundational course that sets you up to begin your silent journey . You will learn to hold your breath for about 3 minutes and dive down to at least 10 meters and as deep as 20 meters on a single breath of air in only 2 days. The 4 core elements of freediving: Oxygen Conservation, Equalizing, Flexibility and Safety are developed here. The RAID method of instruction leaves nothing to chance. Learn from our experienced, passionate and athletic team the skills, knowledge and experience required to conserve oxygen, equalize properly, be flexible for depth, and apply safety first – the World Series Freediving program unfolds with total precision from your professional Freediving Instructor. During your WSF Freediving course Alpha conducts 2 pool sessions and at least 2 open water freediving sessions to a maximum depth of 20 meters.
ADVANCE FREEDIVERS COURSE – 3 DAYS $295
With the solid foundation you developed in the 4 core elements of the freediver course you are now ready to start pushing the limits! The advanced freediver course introduces you to the magic and sometimes surreal feelings of freefall. We will help you to perfect your Frenzel equalization and coach you to freefall your way to amazing depths. Guided by professionals like Alana Caskey we have the key to coaching expert Frenzel equalization techniques, where you will learn to combine your static apnea training resulting in relaxed, freefall experiences. During your WSF Advanced freediving course you will experience 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 4 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 30 metres
MASTER FREEDIVER COURSE – 10 DAYS $995
Amazing depths, incredible skill! The Master FreeDiver.The real action happens in the open water where together we explore and develop your own potential and the amazing underwater world, putting all the confined water practice into play and further developing your Freediving skills while using Advanced Frenzel Equalization techniques for ease of depth and the mesmerizing magic of the Freefall. You will soon become comfortable and confident with freediving to depths safely.
During your Master freediving course you will conduct 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 6 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 40 metres.
