TRY DIVE $100

The RAID Try Dive program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the direct supervision of a RAID Instructor. Your adventure begins with a brief workshop at the dive center beginning with a little bit of theory and a practical “dry run” of the skills you will master in the swimming pool that afternoon. The next morning, we meet at the dive center for a light breakfast of tea or coffee and some fresh fruit followed by a briefing on that day’s dive sites. We leave the dive center heading to the harbor where our dive boat is moored, Onboard there will be a briefing about the boat and the boat’s safety rules. THE ADVENTURE BEGINS NOW!  TWO TROPICAL OCEAN DIVES !!!!!

OPEN WATER, 3 DAYS - Nha Trang -Quy Nhon $450

The RAID Open Water 20 Course offered at Alpha Dive Vietnam is your first step to becoming a qualified SCUBA Diver and once you hold this prestigious diving certification offering 20-meter max depth rather than the standard 18 meters) you can dive anywhere in the world. During this course, you will learn the basic theory behind SCUBA diving, Theory online to study at your own convenience achieving more water time and less classroom time. You master essential underwater skills in the pool before moving on to four open water dives.

ADVANCED 35,  3 DAYS - Nha Trang -Quy Nhon $450

This is a FLAGSHIP course! RAID online theory covers so much amazing information for the open water diver wishing to polish their skills and learn a lot more about the marine environment, scuba equipment, diver management, and an introduction to diver rescue. At Alpha Dive Vietnam. The Advanced 35 has six unique dives: Diver Buoyancy Control, Navigation Dive The next is the Rescue Dive where you learn to surface an unconscious diver, a great intro to the Raid Master Rescue course. Two deep dives to a max depth of 35 meters, finishing the course with an optional night dive.

DIVEMASTER PROGRAM, Minimum of 15 DAYS Nha Trang $850

If you love diving and want to share your passion with others, if you are looking for an exciting career or to travel Planet Ocean with a professional credential under your belt, a RAID Divemaster course and qualification is for you. The 15-day program will inspire and challenge you, what are you waiting for? A RAID Divemaster trained at Alpha Dive Vietnam earns one of the most highly respected ratings in the dive community and the first Pro levels within the RAID system of training, education, and certification.  RAID Divemaster is the final step before entering your RAID Instructor Development Program. That is, by becoming a RAID Divemaster you will plan, organize and lead dives for certified divers. You will also assist in diver training and even conduct some training independently of a RAID Instructor. 

BECOME A RAID DIVE INSTRUCTOR $1200 in Nha Trang

Divers choose to become a RAID Dive Instructor for a variety of reasons. For some, gaining their RAID Instructor qualification is simply about being able to share their passion for diving with others, or as a ticket to dive around Planet Ocean while being paid to do so. For others, it is about achieving a goal to be the best of the best.  There are several fundamental differences that separate RAID instructors from the other recreational dive agencies, the first and foremost are the number of dives and time in the water: 200 logged dives and a minimum of 100 hours are needed to start the Instructor development program, a deep 40 specialty and Nitrox are the other prerequisites. You will be teaching these specialties immediately upon graduation and successful completion of your instructor examination.

Specialty Courses 

ENRICHED AIR NITROX (EAN), Online Theory Plus 2 dives $200

You see them everywhere these days, strapped to boat racks, propped up on beach tarps amid piles of dive gear — cylinders with bright-yellow and green bands signifying enriched air nitrox (EAN). At Alpha Dive Vietnam we believe so strongly in the benefits of diving enriched air nitrox, we give it away for free to those that are certified, nitrox divers. All our staff and interns dive exclusively on EAN as it has proven to be significantly safer than diving on air, provided the maximum operating depth for the Gas being breathed is not exceeded. The cool thing about diving on nitrox is that, depending on how it’s used, you can either substantially stretch out your time at depth, or you can build a sizable safety cushion into your dive plan. Which is how we use it here at Alpha Dive Vietnam. In nitrox, the oxygen concentration can be anything above 21 percent. That means there’s less nitrogen in the mix, which is always a good thing in scuba diving. So Nitrox is a must for beginners to professionals alike and is probably the most important course to take after your Open Water 20.

SIDEMOUNT, 3 DAYS - Nha Trang -Quy Nhon $450

The use of Side Mount cylinders is simply an alternative method of carrying gasses for the dive. This is Raids entry-level side mount program that teaches you the fundamentals of side-mount configuration and use. This practically orientated and fun program will introduce you to the configuration that fits you while using twin sidemount cylinders within no-decompression limits to an absolute maximum depth of 40m using nitrox outside of confined water training.

DEEP 40, - Nha Trang -Quy Nhon     2 DAYS $450

This is as deep as you can go in recreational diving. This Specialty is designed to extend your knowledge and skills to allow you to dive to deeper depths safely. It develops the knowledge required to plan, prepare and analyze your gases for your dive to reduce stress and confusion, allowing you to enhance your diving experience and enabling you to explore and visit wrecks and reefs outside the reach of the Advanced Open water diver. At Alpha Dive Vietnam you will be given an intro to twinset diving so you can complete these dives with double the gas of a single cylinder
